Sat Jan 29-OH MY GOODNESS WHAT A BEAUTIFUL DAY!!!! Kids had fun playing outside and we cleaned up the patio too. The sun felt soooo good on our faces. Can't believe that just a few days ago the high was in the 30's.

Caution if you have kids then don't leave your stuff around or they WILL play with it. 

Dylan got a hold of Mommy's glasses and Daddy's favorite beanie. Doesn't he kind of remind you of the baby on The Hangover?!

Sun Jan 30- Another beautiful day!!! We had breakfast at Waffle House, painted pet rocks outside, played xbox, grilled hotdogs, played music, grocery shopped, ate dinner on the patio and roasted marshmallows in the firepit. WHAT A DAY!!!!

Wed Jan 26- Wednesdays are busy for Mommy but we have been working on writing down all the funny words that the kids use often.

Here are the translations:

• Double Dub= 2 people in the "Rub a Dub" (Bath)
• Snuck= Squirrel, Jocie gets some of the smaller animals confused and uses the words Squirrel and Skunk together. 
• Bee Bow= strawberry milk or pink milk, we aren't sure how Dylan came up with that one but it stuck.
• Kee Kee= a blanket, An invented word by Jocie that stuck.
• Rumpuzzle/One puzzle= Rapunzel
• Burger cheese= cheese burger
• Zo-Zee= Jocie (how Jocie says her name)
• Dirtday= Birthday

 Thurs Jan 27- Jocie made a school for her babies/animals. Pictured is the scene from nap time. Note that each baby/ animal has a book to look at and all have a blanket to lay on. Jocie spent her morning "reading" books, rearranging and singing the Alphabet song to her class.

Fri Jan 28- Dylan had his 100th day of school. To celebrate his teacher asked everyone to bring in 100 items. We picked noodles and he helped count them out during breakfast.

 Friday Jan 21- Jocie wore her Cinderella dress ALL day, even to Dylan's school to pick him up! She loves to dance in the car while waiting on him--no telling what the people behind us thought when they saw my van rocking back and forth from the dancing, HAHA!

I found this picture on my phone.....Friday is my lazy day...Can you tell?!!!! Maybe I should try to nap with a smile or something, YIKES!

Sat Jan 22- Ronnie was off so he rearranged the living furniture (I'm sure there will be pictures to come) and we listened to Merle sing most of the day via Netflicks. Jocie (AKA Cinderella) felt that one of Merle's slow songs was perfect to slow dance with her daddy (AKA The Prince). This is one of the sweetest 5 mintues of my life. And yes we have it on video too! She was so intense and would not stop till the song was over. I'm guessing she led but I think Ronnie was okay with that.

  Since we moved the furniture we also got the kids to clean the walls. 

Chores...Child Labor...What's the difference?!!!

Sun Jan 23- Jocie and Mommy went on a cookie run to Crook's. Jo charmed all the elders shopping with her pink cart. No doubt we will not be able to shop without it if Princess Jo gets her way!!!

 Mon Jan 24- Was the first day Dylan had school on a Monday all year. While he was at school Mommy and Jo made Jo a new doll from a kit that she got from Christmas from Grandmommy. Jo "read" the directions and mommy sewed all the pieces together!

Slightly different with the added necklace but oh so cute!!!!

Also Mommy and Daddy had a Parent/ Teacher conference with Dylan's teacher. She said only wonderful things about him and showed off his good grades.

Tues Jan 25- Lazy rainy day...blah!


Jocie and Mommy got to visit with Grandmommy and Papa George for lunch at Southern Traditions.

Monday Jan 17-

Momma: "Jocie did you fall in the toilet?"
J: "No, just my butt!"

 Monday was our last day of our 10 day weekend due to the snow and holidays so we spend the day in our pajamas and playing all day!

Tuesday Jan 18- It was a sleepy day back to school but Dylan had awards day and was awarded with Honor Roll again!!!!! Go Dylan!!!!
Also during the snow break Jocie learned (on her own) the alphabet song! Go Jo-Jo!!!!

 Wed Jan 19- Jo was getting use to having the house back to herself while Dylan is at school. She discovered that boxes make great skates on the kitchen floor, especially while singing!

Thursday Jan 20: Today marks 11 months of Ronnie being smoke free!!!! Can you believe it? Go Big Ron!!!

Sun Jan 16th--Birthday party fun!

 Dylan asked for a Cowboy-Bowling party this year. We are trying to keep birthdays small so we went out for lunch and went bowling with the cousins! Everyone wore cowboy hats and I think we all had fun!!!! Dylan got lots of fun new toys (Army men, GI Joe guys,Tranformers, Batman and Art supplies!)

Friday Jan 14th- Our 5th day out of school and our first day that we got out of the house for most of the day! We did alot of shopping and stopped at Foxxhollow in Senoia for a gift and a quick picture with their giraffe. I hope the giraffe never is sold so I can keep getting cute pictures of the kids as they get taller. This the 2nd or 3rd year of pictures with this giraffe.

Sat Jan 15th- We didn't leave the house nor left our PJs. It was a day of xbox and dress up!!!

Dylan's 6th Birthday!!!! 1-13-11

Since we have been semi stuck in our house for the 4th snow day we hadn't had much opportunity to get Dylan a birthday gift so we took him to Toys R Us so he could pick out his own gift!

 After shopping Dylan picked Mike and C's for dinner!!!! Boys will be boys!

Jocie was patient and very sweet for Dylan's "dirt-day".

 Sunday Jan 9- I finally got a bench/shoe holder for the beside the door and hooks for our jackets!!! (Just in time for the Blizzard!)

And Ronnie did an AWESOME job cleaning the living room!

 Monday Jan 10 -snow day #1

 Jan 11- Snow day #2 Ronnie scraped the driveway for an hour just to move the car to the bottom of the driveway in case he had to go to work.

 Wed Jan 12- Movies, eatting and video games is all we have done for the past 4 days.

Dec 31st-Jaunary....

December 31st- We roasted marshmallows on my new firepit to celebrate the New Year!

 Jan 1-Went to Home Depot and saw all the organization stuff. Look at those colors!

 Jan 2-Made a gingerbread house with the kids!

 Jan 3- Waffle House dance!

 Jan 4-Shopping at IKEA after visiting daddy at work.

 Jan 5- Easy Bake Oven fun!

 Jan 6- Crazy clouds outside of Target

Jan 8- First Day on Pointe for some of my students.
